This requires knowledge of organizational procedures and relevant legislation and the skills to source and accurately complete a range of legal documents.PSPLEG006 – Encourage compliance with legislation in the public sector. The performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to encourage colleagues in the workplace to comply with legislation. This unit applies to those working in generalist or specialist work roles where they need to identify, understand and comply with the legislative environment within which they work.
