Surveys of individual doses, bioassay' and release of radioactive effluents - ANSWER- Licensee shal maintain these records until termination of the license.

Yellow III requirement - ANSWER-Driver must have hazmat cdl license and vehicle must be placarded

Wipe test - ANSWER-Legal limit = 6,600dpm/300cm^2 or 22dpm/1cm^2

Returned containers - ANSWER--no removable contamination -surface reading <0.5 mr/hr Syringes with blood must be marked as biohazard

To convert mci to GBq - ANSWER-1 mci = .037GBq 27 mci = 1 GBq
