WellnessDynamic state of health in which an individual progresses toward a higher level of functioning, achieving an optimum balance between internal and external environments.

  • Answer The health-illness continuum is a tool (visual) that is used to encourage people to make healthier life choices. The high-level wellness concept is where we are working towards maximizing the potential of our patients and understanding what they're capable of.
