This course has a lot of material. If you know computers a bit a lot of it is review. Know all the concepts and vocab below.If you’re new to IT be prepared to study intensely.Read the material at least once. Primarily use the Flashcards to study. The PA is pretty cut and dry jsut the facts. The OA gives you a lot more questions that require reasoning as they describe a situation and you have to apply the concepts you learned. Know what various ports look like.My notes assume you have an IT background and some common sense. If you don’t have an IT background you’ll need to learn all of the course material.Sorry the organization is messy. This was my first class and I was figuring out my note taking format as I went..
